Day 6 is a bust. I need some rest, I think I've been pushing myself too hard. In addition to the shred I've been walking/jogging and last night did the bike. In addition, Kate's not sleeping well which means I'm not sleeping well.
This morning I woke up feeling like I'm trying to come down with a cold. I feel run down, and my knee hurts. Blah! Hoping to feel better tomorrow.

i read somewhere on the information thing that you should notice a change in your body after 5 days
Jen - I've noticed my endurance is a little better. Day 1 I had to rest a couple of times, but now I don't need to. Also I feel stronger overall, my muscle tone seems a bit firmer...probably not "noticeably" firmer, but I just feel a difference especially in my legs.
