Wondering if anyone else wanted to join me? I'll be posting here as I go. I could use the accountability and motivation (if you're so inclined :) ).

Today was day 4 for me. I about died the first day and was super sore for a couple of days. Starting to feel better now. I plan to rest on Sundays.

but do you have to have an internet connection to use the download, because ours here SUCKS and you can't get on half the time

Glad to see others here! We can do this!

Sonya - you're hilarious! Jillian does get annoying.

Jennifer - once it's downloaded you'll be able to play it on your computer locally without going over the Internet.

Finished day 5, just in time to get the boys. Kate would not nap so I had to pause halfway through and bring her downstairs to watch me. She was intrigued, probably wondering why I looked do goofy, lol.

I'm joining in, too. I've had to let go of c25k for a bit because my shoes are not going to work any longer with my butt running on them.

I'll download it tonight and get to work!

so, first night. I failed. I did not do it, but I did do arms on my bo flex machine and did sit ups/crunches and leg lifts.

I've only done it the once.

Having company is making it impossible this week.

I'll have to see if i can do it when they leave.

Day 6 is a bust. I need some rest, I think I've been pushing myself too hard. In addition to the shred I've been walking/jogging and last night did the bike. In addition, Kate's not sleeping well which means I'm not sleeping well.

This morning I woke up feeling like I'm trying to come down with a cold. I feel run down, and my knee hurts. Blah! Hoping to feel better tomorrow.

Keep it up, girls! Get right back to it when you can!

 question, since you're at that point

i read somewhere on the information thing that you should notice a change in your body after 5 days

has that been your experience?

Jen - I've noticed my endurance is a little better. Day 1 I had to rest a couple of times, but now I don't need to. Also I feel stronger overall, my muscle tone seems a bit firmer...probably not "noticeably" firmer, but I just feel a difference especially in my legs.

I finally downloaded the 1st part of the video from Amazon. Just completed day 1.
