I make mine pretty much like Paula Deen makes hers

I'll try and find the link

ETA:  Here it is:  http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/old-fashioned-meat-loaf-aka-basic-meatloaf-recipe/index.html

She also makes a bacon cheeseburger one, but I haven't tried it

I make mine simple, but it is good. I put ketchup, mustard, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, egg and wortchesire sauce (may have spelled that wrong) and mush it all together, then form into a loaf. It is moist and yum. Oh, I add diced onions too if you like them.

This is my family's fave meatloaf recipe. My sister-in-law got me hooked on this one 5+ years ago

Easy Pleasing Meatloaves

Recipe

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Pork
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup Ketchup, divided
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs and ¼ cup of the ketchup.
  2. Shape meat mixture into four oval loaves. Place, side-by-side, in foil-lined shallow baking pan. Top with the remaining ketchup.
  3. Bake 30 min or until cooked through (160°F). Cut each meat loaf in half to serve
