no, more like something like this, but was not sure if it would be a waste. I also am not sure I want to look at the stuff, but I do not know what to do with it all.

I am just wondering if it is a waste. I am not even sure how much we will use this. My in-laws are getting it for us for Christmas and they bought a ton of stuff to go with it and games for the kids, etc. I have no idea where I will put it all.

we do not have a ton of video games here , but we have a armoire for our tv. that is a god-send. i can' t imagine having all the other stuff out. It has three shelves and then a huge drawer that I put all the dvds in. i also store board games in there.

We keep all our controllers in a basket on top of our cable box. It gets jumbled a lot because we have a zillion consoles, so we have a zillion things in there, but it serves it's purpose for me by not being an eyesore.

And all of our games are in a travel cd case, so that they don't take over the house, stay protected, and stay organized in alphabetical order. (We have seperate cases for dvds, etc., too since we ended up doing that with everything.)

We have something like this which we got at costco about a year ago:

But, I have seen smaller ones like this:

at target and walmart also.

Here is what we have...

As you can see we have the Wii and then the charger for the remotes.

We keep accessories and games in those two bottom drawers.

We also have Rockband for our Wii but keep the guitars and drums out, obviously.

I saw an over door Wii accessory organizer at Toys R Us. Had room for 6 or 8 game cases, 4 remotes, 4 nunchucks and a pouch for other stuff.

I'm thinking of getting one of those as we have a closet door right next to our tv.

Sara, we have a stand like yours, but have all our stereo stuff, dvr, etc, in there and there is no room for other stuff. We have two side doors and they are filled.

I think I may have to get something like Erin posted. I like the idea of it being out of site. My one closet near the TV is filled to the gill with games, puzzels, etc. It is our game closet and I am just running out of room.
