Hey! I just wanted to tell you what has been going on with me.
AF just arrived today. But my LP was a full two days longer than last month, and my overall cycle was 3 days longer (I O'd a day later than last month as well). Last month I O'd on CD 11, then my LP was 12 days, but only the first half of my LP had good strong high temps.
This month, I O'd on CD 12, my LP was 14 days, and this time even though my temps did fall a week into my LP and my spotting started, it wasn't *quite* as bad.
So I have been using the Vitex, but since that usually takes a while to do much, IDT it is that. (and I know you said that one was a no go for you) Also, I have been taking 100mg of B6 rather than the 50mg that was the recommended dose on the bottle, and also B12 and folic acid as well. I think that helped-we'll see if the trend continues.
And then I used the Emerita Progest cream-I used more of it than they recommend for menopausal women, but I think it helped a little as well.
I think I might try a few more things as well this month-I also need help with my EWCM. Green tea and cutting back on Vit C helped (I take a lot of Vit C), but I have also heard red raspberry leaf tea is good for that as well as for lengthening LP, and Vit A and a few other things are also good for EWCM.
I definitely want to try the red raspberry. I think you can take a supplement for it too-1000mg/day, and it is safe during pg as well. So I would like to see if that does anything for me.
Anyway, I did want to tell you about my LP lengthening. I still think my progesterone levels are too low, but I'm working on that one.
Supa, not avoiding you- but I am avoiding this topic, lmao.
I just don't know. I go back and forth by the minute about if we will try next month. Travis has so many applications out and the prospect of taking a job, resigning, moving in a matter of weeks is stressful. I just am not sure I want to add crazy baby making on top of it- especially since our style of babymaking is even more stress with timing, etc added in.
I have 2 weeks to decide. Actually, about 1.5 so that I can get my order in on time.
I went back on B6, but might up my dose to what you mentioned. I think I am only on 50 right now. I *think* I have red rasbery leaf tea in the cupboard too. It is yummy, no hardship there to add that in. No way on the Vitex for now. I did order the cream you mentioned and it should be here Mon/Tues. It is only a 4-oz size, will that last a whole cycle? I am already on folic acid, Calcium supplement, and a normal Multi-V.
Ummm...that is about it. If we go for it, I will add in Evening Primrose oil to help with CM. And cut back on caffeine. God help those around me. Taking Mucinex (regular kind) also helps with CM.

Decisions, Decisions.
Sorry, Jenn. ITU given the job situation how you are struggling to make a decision. I know I would be too. I have had a hard enough time with the timing of this with my health issues, and we do it the "old fashioned" style!
I would think that cream would be enough. Basically, the instructions are to use 1/4tsp twice a day for the first week of your LP, then 1/2tsp twice a day for the second. I hope it helps!
And good luck making a decision. I know whenever it happens it will be the perfect time for your family, but I also know how hard it is to wait.
