Okay, I took a First Response pg test this morning, the one that says you can test 6 days before missed period.  My period is not due for 5 days.  I think I see a VERY faint line, but it might just be my eyes playing tricks on me.  Please do not laugh at me when you look at the pic.  :)  You might need to squint a little, and angle your computer screen a bit.  Does anyone else see something?  Is it possible just notice a difference in the shade of the test paper under the window, where a line would appear? 

Part two of my confusion.  I'm battling a bladder infection, first one I've ever had and it  has been HELL.  I was on antibiotics for 5 days, but the infection is not totally gone yet.  Is it possible for a bladder infection to mess up test results?

I will not be that disappointed this month if I'm not pg, because the bladder infection came in the middle of my fertile period and we had to stop the efforts to get me knocked up.  But we got three good tries in on days 9, 10, and 12 of my cycle.

This picture was taken about 5 min. after administering the test.  Okay, that being said, here's the best picture I could get....

 I think I sort of see a line, I would definitely take one in the morning just to compare

As far as the bladder infection messing up the test, I don't think it would mess with it.

Thanks guys!  I will definitely test tomorrow am.  Thankfully I bought a 3-pack.  Who knows, maybe I'll test again tonight.  Let the obsession begin!  wink

on october 31, 2004, i took the exact same test and got a line that looked exactly like yours.

july 8, 2005 emily was born.

just sayin'.

That's exactly how my first tests looked when I got pregnant with both my kids!

I'm excited that other people see someting too!  The funny thing is, if I did get pg this cycle my due date would be app. July 23.  Ummm...Mary Beth's b'day is July 1, Katie's is July 27.  There would definitely be an obvious trend in the timing of our baby making.

Definitely looks like a line!!

fwiw, i have had the one where it looks like a line but it is not and it is more of a shadow - i can tell the difference now. i had to take mine apart and see it.

At first, I was like, "where is there a line?!" LOL But then I looked closer and I can definitely see it! (I am not good with squinters, maybe a reason I am not one for early testing)

I can't wait to hear tomorrow!!
