i'm sure many of you saw me mention this on f/b, but just in case...halloween always goes 75% off at target on nov 4. (except candy, which is 50%).
not only do they have costumes, etc...but almost anything that they got for that section will also be discounted. for example, hefty cups with monsters on them were .74, packages of black plastic cutlery were .50, regular wilton muffin pans with lid not halloween themed at all (except the outer packaging) $2.24, the 20 packs of halloween playdoh $1.24.
i'm going to head to the target near me and check it out. it's sort of remote and not a super, so hopefully it won't be too picked over later tonight. :)

hopefully your target is lazy like mine and left the 50% or more signs up instead of switching to the 75% or more signs;) i went quickly this morning before grace's dance class and again later this afternoon when i had more time to dig and the aisles were empty both times. i think most people just saw 50% and didn't bother scanning anything.
also, i forgot to mention--big rubbermaid tubs that were halloween/fall colors were in the regular storage aisle, but 75% ($2.48--i got a brown one with leaves and a green one, but they had orange and black too) and the halloween mac n cheese was in the grocery section and was like .25/box.
I decided to go check it out and was able to get 5 costumes for $15! I was a little bummed when I saw the 50% sale signs up, but I figured that was still a good buy, then I went and scanned to check the prices and they were marked off 75%. So I guess that makes my Target lazy, lol. :)
The boys are gonna go nuts over their new dress-up bin!
On my way to check out I also saw they were having a buy 2 get 1 free sale on Wii games, so I took advantage of that too. Yay!
Mine was still 50% off costumes, but I got an Elmo costume anyway and it did ring up 50%. Stupid effing San Diego!
that is crazy. that is the first i have heard of someone's store not being 75% on the 4th. maybe target corporate thinks all of you rich californians don't need deep discounts;)
