Hola. :)

I have the Polar RS 400, which I'm guessing might be a little overkill for what you're wanting.

What are you wanting? Something to tell you where you're at heartrate wise and how many calories you've burned?

If so, I think the Polar F6 would be perfect for you. I think it would've been perfect for me, actually, except I wanted the foot pod that came along with the RS 400.

Unless you're looking for something specific for a specific sport (ala running, cycling, etc.), I'm thinking that's the one I would go with.

that's the one i was thinking of getting. our sears had them on closeout for $50 and i missed out on them :(

but there are some on ebay that i'm scoping out.

Hey Guys i think that You can use a heart rate monitor to follow your heart highs and lows during leisurely or aggressive action. All but the most basic models are designed to help you stay in your maximum pulse amount focus on area through your entire workout.Thanks a lot!!
