Instructor Issue-WWYD?

For those that aren't in the know, I'm in school right now working towards becoming an ordained pastor. Kind of left field... biggrin
However- this semester has a hiccup that is really grating on my nerves. Three of my classes are in class and the other two are on-line and part of this thing called Blackboard. The class that is giving me heartburn is a Success in Study Skills class and its only worth one credit. However, I'm sporting A's in all the other classes and a big fat C in this class.
I was looking over my grades and assignments in the class and see that I have over a month's worth of work that is still not graded. I'm missing a Chapter 2 test which she insists was put up on September 19 but when I searched and searched and searched Blackboard, it was never there. The Chapter 3 test is where she said it would be but Chapter 2 is not where she said it was, nor anywhere else.
I've heard other students who have had this woman as an instructor express the same frustrations and difficulties in missing assignments and ungraded work.

I just don't know how to handle it. Its making me frustrated that a nice A average is being soiled by that glaring C.
confuse

What have you done so far in terms of talking to her and trying to figure it out? Does she have office hours? I would ask that you could meet with her and have her show you on blackboard where the test is. Are you getting a C because things aren't graded or because of that missing test?

I haven't done anything yet in regards to her because I didn't know how to handle it. I know tact is required and I have none of that so I've been trying to a) find a way to bring it up to her and b) see if she gets caught up. I know she has other classes but to have a month's work of work go ungraded!

The C is part test and part ungraded material. Its only worth a credit so I'm not spazzing hard core but its enough to make me a little flustered.

I talked it over with a couple of people in my English class who said they've had similiar experiences with different instructors. This is all so new to me! LOL
