Alright. I don't know why I always blow it over the summer but I am so disappointed in myself! Seriously, I work so hard to lose weight, get almost to where I want to be and just put it right back on. Rinse. Repeat. Annoying!!!
So, starting Monday I am going hardcore. 1200 calories a day and focusing on making good choices. I am going to add in exercise once we are in a good routine with school and work but for now I am going to go full force on eating right and do a couple of walks each day.
So, my plan is to cut out everything but water as far as drinks go. I am aiming for ONE - yes ONE - coke zero a week. As a treat. But I need to start chugging my water.
I am going to do six small meals - eating every two hours. (8:30/10:30/12:30/2:30/4:30/6:30) So, breakfast will be high fiber oatmeal. Snack will most likely be some fruit. Lunch will be a sandwich. Snack will be another fruit. Snack at 4:30 will be a fiber one bar on my way home. Dinner will be a lean meat and veggies.
I usually do okay as far as being able to eat the same things everyday and not get sick of it so I am just going to try and do that for a while.
I'm hoping I can keep it up on the weekend. I want to be in the 130's by my birthday. We will see, it's a little over a month away and that is about 9 pounds. (PS I'm short so being almost 150 is out of the normal BMI range.)
I love your plan and may actually do something very similiar. My biggest goal seems to be the same as yours... get into the habit of drinking water. I feel like without that, all my dieting will do nothing.
Remember you have a support system here! I can't wait to see your after pictures in a few months!
