our dog has liver cancer

don took him to the vet tonight and he said he will only have a couple days left.  i am in shock.  i think we will probably have to take him to get put to sleep in the next day.  please keep him/us in your prayers.  we have had since he was a puppy. he is only 8 years old.

oh liz i am so very sorry.

losing a pet is terrible.

my cat died of a liver problem at 3 years old and it was such a shock.

i'll be thinking of you and your family.

Im so sorry. This exact situation happened ot us about 2 months ago with our German Shepherd. It is so hard to lose a pet.

Thanks everyone for your p&pt. We had to take him to the vet this afternoon where they put him to sleep. He was suffering so much.

I am so sorry! Our beloved Bailey got cancer when she was 7. I swore I would never, ever put her down, but in the end it was the only fair thing to do.

My thoughts are with you!!
