1) What is the "proper" way to dispose of an expired car seat? Can we just break it up and put it out with the trash? Can I recycle any of it?
2) What recommendations do you have for Kyle - 38 lbs, 42.25" I'm looking for something to put in Dom's car, and since Kyle doesn't ride in there much, probably something less expensive but still reliable/safe. I'd prefer a 5-pt harness. We have him in a Britax Marathon in the van where he rides most of the time.
Lucas has a booster seat that is a highback and installs like a carseat and uses a five point harness. It also can use just the seatbelt which is how I usually use it because I don't have a car and am usually pulling it in and out of whoevers car we are in.
I believe it is a Costco, was around $50 and I got it at Walmart. I'm looking for a link
