This is similar, but uses no "lettuce" base. It requires a lot of chopping, but is so worth it!
1 Sweet Pepper 1 Cucumber 1 Apple 1 Avacado ripe tomatoes some green onions Feta Cheese Olives (optional)
Chop everything and put in a bowl. Pour a small amount of balsamic vinegar over it, and add salt and pepper to taste. This is delicious, I promise! Break up the feta so it is small pieces because it will then coat all the veggies and that is what makes it taste so good.
