GM!  I'm handing off the on call emergency phone to another staff member which means I am no longer grounded to within 10 minutes of campus!  Woo-hoo!  I've had it well over a week now!

I will then go beyond 10 minutes from campus.  Dn't even know for what, just because I can lol :)

Good morning!

MSBL peeps:  How do you post the progress pics side by side?  Do you have to resize them or what?

Morning!

Car pool. Gym. I have hockey tonight. Plus, my house which was nice and clean upon the boys' arrival home, is now trashed. So I should get that resolved. Pretty quiet day overall.

I've got to take SG to the ENT today.  She's got ears that just won't clear up.  She's never had ear problems before, and all of a sudden since she's been snotty they won't clear up.  They're not red, infected or anything, just full of snot and gunk.

That's at 10:30

Hi all-how is everyone today?

I don't have plans today. My mom has the girls, which is great. It is a GORGEOUS day today, but I am still too weak to take them out to really enjoy it, so my mom and dad will get them outside so they can have some fun.

I am sitting here looking at all of the things I need to clean and straighten in this house, but I have no energy to do any of it! I am getting really frustrated with having no energy. I wish I had gotten an iron infusion before leaving the hospital-it might have helped a bit! I need to revisit my list of iron rich foods so I can build back up.

Anyway, I am hoping that at some point today I will have the energy to clean my bathroom and maybe sweep the floors. Otherwise, I might try going through and organizing my cooking magazines-I can do that from the couch.

Being lazy always sounds so appealing. But now I think it sucks!!!!

I have to say, I love Bill all the time. But when we go through things like this, I realize just how awesome we have it. He is just such a wonderful man. Ever since I had my talk with him while I was in the hospital about keeping a positive attitude, he has been incredible. He doesn't complain about anything, not even the fact that because of my health, the poor boy has had NO action of any kind in who knows how long. He cleans the dishes, puts the kids to bed, does the baths, everything. And he is supportive of everything I am going through. He wants to be involved and know what is going on, he never shies away from the disgusting truths about my health, talks openly with me about the options we have and where to go from here, etc. He has basically put everything he wants to do on hold. Not that I wouldn't do the exact same-no question I would. But isn't it great when a crisis does happen and you realize just how much strength you have in your relationship?

I really love my husband.

Plus I think he's hot. I can't wait to feel better so I can show him.

Ugh. The woman from my GI's office just called me and we have a hiccup. I had to have a TB test in the hospital before starting the Remicade (it is a requirement for these meds). I had one and at least 3 people checked the results before I got the first infusion. BUT apparently, no one recorded that the result was negative!!!!

I am supposed to go in tomorrow for my next infusion, but if they can't get verification of the negative TB test, I can't do it. UGH UGH UGH.

Fingers crossed they get that glitch squared away. I really don't want to have to wait longer to get this infusion!

You know, I was spending more money before I got sick. All of a sudden, I don't want to buy much of anything and I feel this urge to get rid of half of the kids' toys!!!

I won't do it though-at least not things they play with.

But we are in debate mode about some things. We have a TON of the Step2 brand mainstreet village stuff. Like little people, kwim? They are really nice and in GREAT shape, but the girls don't play with them anymore.

We can't decide if we should sell it all or pack it away. I mean, we both are still hoping another baby will be in our future, but who knows if that child would be into these things anyway, kwim? And it is a ways off anyway-I have to get healthy again before we even entertain the idea of a pregnancy, and who knows if it will even happen again-I am getting old and you never know what the meds will do to my fertility.

Maybe we should just sell it. That probably makes the most sense.

Then we have to decide-CL, yard sale, ebay??? We suck at selling things,

We also decided to sell our double stroller. We don't use it anymore, aside from maybe a trip to the zoo or when we go on vaca. But even then, Anna is really too big, and the zoo has strollers you can rent for practically nothing anyway.

It is kind of a sad day knowing I don't need a stroller anymore. My girls are getting too big!

Im glad your back laura.

Today Raym has speech at 11, Nevada Early intervention at 1230, and his ABA therapist at 330.

I have NO voice. It is not going to be a fun day.

I also forgot to get V8 at the store yesterday and have to find time to pick up my prescription.

My youngest BIL is in Vegas on Spring Break right now. (he is turning 22)

It is SO funny to me-being the youngest of 7, he gets away with so much. NO WAY would the older boys been allowed to go there!!!

Hopefully he is having a good time and not losing too much money.

You have a very busy day planned!  Funny-I have no voice today either-IDK what happened to it!  Are you sick otherwise?

You need to find some downtime in your day-not that it looks like you have any room for any.  Do you have to go places for all of those things or do any of them come to you?

I had the cold the boys had last week. Raym kinda lost his voice to for only a day. Mines been gone since sunday.

DH will take Raym to speech and then early intervention and ABA both come to the house.  one is an hour and the other lady is 2 or 3. I forget how long shes here today. It motivates me to keep my  house clean but shell be here every day from now on except weekends so maybe Ill just let her deal with a messy house LOL

I am watching Say Yes to the Dress right now. I really like this show-but MAN the budgets these people have for just the dress!!!!!!

OMG-IHNI how we are going to pay for weddings. I guess when I think about it, it isn't as bad as I think it is-I mean, I had already ordered my dress 10 years ago and it was $1000, but some of these people spend like $6-8K!!!! On just the DRESS!!!!

Aye yi yi. We aren't ready for college tuitions either-we need to get on the ball.

Well, I say let her deal with the messy house, lol.  That is a long time though!!  How does Raym handle all of that in one day?

I hope you feel better.  The last thing you need is a cold while you are already having UC struggles.

Jenn - good luck with SG. Bryce's ear gets re-checked later this week or first of next and if there is still fluid he has to go to the ENT. I hate ear issues!!!

Supa - enjoy your day at home!

I took O to preschool and am hanging with Keegan. We are getting ready to run out to my moms so I can dig around and find some more homemade sweet pickles to bring home and have with a leftover burger that John grilled Sunday night. Then we are meeting mom for lunch at a mexican place..yum! Back home for naptime and I love Tuesday's since my friend gets O from school I get to nap.

I am 15 weeks today, I am a bit nervous about getting so close to finding out what we are having. My fantasy of pink will most likely be coming to an end and that makes me a bit sad.

I know I missed some stuff, my computer is still fried and getting worked on so my time on here is limited.

I miss you all!

Sounds like a great day, Sara!!!  Woohoo for a nap!!!!!!

ITU where you are coming from.  Ok, well, I don't, but I can put myself in your position and imagine what I would feel.  I am sure if I were in your shoes, I would not allow myself to think pink, and that has to be hard on you.  But I am praying for pink BIG TIME for you.  Not that it makes a difference at this point, I know, lol, but I have been praying for pink since day one.

I hope you have a great day!
