I was looking for one for Anna for Christmas too. I have yet to find one. For now we have a microphone on a stand with a foot pedestal for sounds and stuff. I told my husband he might just have to build her a stage!
I'm going to go to home depot and see what they have that will work and then just paint it to match her room.
Maybe I'll let her help me paint it with handprints and stuff.
The good news is she's perfectly happy with the $2 echo microphone from target so I'll hold off on anything more fancy until she clues in.
I'll post pics when I'm done.
Awesome idea. Maybe you can get some like glittery stars or something like that for decorations? Michaels and places like that have wooden cutouts and the like. I bet what you will make will be way better then what you could buy!

Ooooo, good idea. My girl is all about glitter and sparkles.
We have a playhut type stage - it's pimp, but omg it's massive. I wish you lived closer, because I'd just give it to you. What about a rug? Here they sell them at Kmart, but they definately don't take up room. We were going to have my bil build Hannah a stage last year for Christmas out of 2x4s and plywood and get her drums and stuff, but then I thought the playhut would take up less room. It did NOT, lol.
This is the kind of rug I was talking about, but here it sells for about $10. And this is what we have, but ours is just blue and red.
But, tbth, making one would probably suit your needs better. That's what I wish we'd done. Maybe we will eventually, lol.

Kristi I don't know if her room or the room you plan to put it in has the space but I planned to build the stage in a corner (where two walls meet) and then buy one of those canopys to hang over from the ceiling to make a princess stage. Now you have me motivated to do it. We have those echo microphones from Target too!

That sounds really cute.
Mine is going to be super simple.
Just a small wood stage in the corner about a foot and a half off of the ground.
No canopy or anything, just something to make her a little higher than us when she performs.
