We had a showing yesterday for the house and it's number two on these people's list.
They have an offer in for another house but their realtor doesn't think it looks good. If it doesn't go through, they will be putting an offer in on ours.
Please say a prayer for a good offer! Any offer, really! ;)
It was the first real showing we've had. The other showings so far were people looking for a bed and breakfast (not suitable), people from Germany, and two single women (two different showings). Even if they don't take it, it is nice to get good feedback.
