I am pretty sure I have miscarried.

Red blood with clots.

I will call my OB on Monday and just follow my levels down.

I am still quite numb and have 3 kiddos up so really haven't had time to reflect upon it all.

Oh no Sara, I hope this is a fluke!  What about going to the ER to get a quick look? Or a urgent care?

Rest as much as possible and hang in there mama!
