my mil's bff's husband has been suffering from cancer for the past 6-8 months.  his struggle has been difficult and today, he finally lost his battle as his wife, daughters and grandchildren surrounded him.

his wife is an amazing woman - a retired high school english teacher who is so kind and giving.  i adore her and i am so sad that she has lost her life's partner.

she is very religious and i know that she would appreciate the prayers right now.  she is in a good place knowing that her husband is with his savior, but i know that she is going to grieve for the rest of her life.  please grant her the strength to move on with his memories.

She must be dealing with so many heartbreaking emotions right now.

Saying a prayer for her and I hope she is at peace with his loss very soon.
