I've been going to Zumba exercise classes (Latin dance-inspired exercise) twice a week at a church close to my house. I started last spring during Spring Break, so in March. It's free, and I really enjoy it.
My sil got me 12 free Jazzercise classes for Christmas so I started going there last Sunday. I've been 3 times so far. It's fun, and I like it okay--not as much as Zumba but there are more classes available.
Here's my routine right now--Jazzercise on Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Friday and Zumba on Monday and Thursday.
Also I want to start running; there are two runs that I'd like to do--one at my church and one at the zoo. I'll probably go with the "Couch to 5K" program. I'm going to see if Henry will do it with me. I'd love to have Glen do it also but I don't think he would. Also we'd need to do something with the kids if we both got up early in the morning to go running. (I don't want to wake them early so I can go exercise.)
