New side dish

I am in desperate need of a new side dish. I have to make something to bring to my aunts for Christmas and I am so sick of my normal dishes. I have been looking online, but nothing jumps out at me. Anyone have something good they love or that is a favorite of the family?

how about roast corn? I've made this a few times and it's always a hit and super easy to make and transport.

And these green beans are delicious. I used to make them on Thanksgiving when I did the whole thing myself. (I never bothered with the parmesan crisp.)

Corn Casserole

16 oz can of creamed corn
16 oz can of whole corn
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1 stick of butter, melted
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Stir everything together. Bake  in greased 9x13 pan at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from center.

Deeelicious and heart healthy. ;)

It's really good. My friend brought it to my house one year and the next Christmas I made it for my extended family and now 3 of them still comment that they make it every year. It's so easy and tasty.
