does anyone shop at save-a-lot?

I think it is just ok. We go to stock up on some things (canned frut veggies). We MUCH preferred Aldis when we had one near us. I wouldn't make a special trip, i would stop by sometime you are swinging through anyhow. With how well you are doing with coupons, I think you will find save a lot disappointing.

april...I used to shop there exclusively, but now I am finding better deals at my other shopping markets. they do have periodic specials like "get x off when you spend x amount" and they have good meat specials (but the meat quality depends on the store) - for example, the store right by my house is horrible and I won't shop there, but other ones are ok. they also take coupons and have some name brand items. I would check it out maybe once and see if you see anything worthwhile.
