I showed Ivy this dollhouse and she loves it, but I am not sure.  It is for sale on CL for $100 and already put together which would be a big help. 

so, if I can get it from CL should I?  If not, should I purchase it from little tikes for $200 (which is a sale price)?  They also have this one cheaper.

Or is this just crazy! ;)

As far as CL vs. LT - if it was in good shape I would definitely go for it since there is a significant savings. (In fact I would probably even offer a little bit less and see if they would take it.) :D

 Thanks Juni!  I just talked to Don and he likes it so if I hear back from the person selling it, we might get it!
