I didn't know where else to put this but this is an SOS!!
We're now ELCA Lutheran and I shot off my big ole mouth and volunteered to help make Chrismons for the Chrismons tree at church. Advent starts Sunday so I don't have much time to run through 1000 beads.
I've got the book but uhm..yeah. Not very good for me since I'm just sitting there with a line of drool down my chin going with one last over this b/c I've done nothing but fight wire and beads the past few days. Ugh, ugh, ugh.
I don't know what other denominations do a Chrismons tree but do any of you ladies have any experience or know any one IRL that can shoot me some advice? I've googled them but I've run across nothing but felt..
TIA and I will you.
ETA- When I volunteered I was told and quote, "Its nothing but wiring beads around an orb." In my mind it was literally having a glass orb and wiring beads around it. Imagine my surprise when I'm handed 30 gauge wire, 1000 white pearl beads and a book from the 60's on making Chrismons.
