New Moon: Who's going?

I'm so freaking excited to be going to see New Moon tonight at midnight. I'm going with a group of coworkers plus my neighbor--there will be 10 of us!

When are the rest of you going?

Me and half the freaking university.  All 8 theatres are showing it at midnight, all have been sold out for a LONG time.

just adding that last I heard (2 weeks ago) there wasn't an available showing for over a week at our theatre.

I really wish I could go, but I will most likely not be able to until this weekend. That is even if I can find a sitter.

so jealous of all of you that are going.

I'm going Saturday night with my sister. We were going to go tomorrow night, but since it will be the first showing here, I'm sure that by the time my sister gets off work at 6, there will be such a long line that there would be no way we'd get a ticket, so we're waiting the extra day.

I don't have a plan to see it yet.

Sometime next week, maybe. I'm not a huge fan of the movies. I prefer the books.

But here's something for you RPat fans.

I'd like to but have no one to see it with and do not like going to the theatres alone. I'd take my SD but DH and I both agree that a PG-13 movie is not appropriate for a 10 yr. old.

*sigh*

No one.

Any one want to come down and go with me? I make a fine date. I'll pay.
biggrin
You can stay with us.
I'll make waffles in the morning....

I'll be going next week.

The giggling teenagers ruined it for me when I saw Twilight the first weekend it was out.

If I could rent out a theater just for myself I would. LOL.

ooh, good point.  Maybe I will wait the week. I really want to see it, but I hate to go and get annoyed by squealing or something.

 That's freaking hilarious...and disturbing.

Even I wouldn't want Edward Cullen in my underwear like that.

They all giggled every time Edward would come on screen.

Kind of ruins the serious parts.

I'm making Jen go with me to a retirement community and to the first show of the day when the teenieboppers are in school. LMAO.

I totally plan to giggle like a teenager...and go again in a couple of weeks when the crowds die down. I'm ridiculously excited right now.

I won't be anywhere near the theater for probably two weeks, i'm excited but not excited enough to deal with the massive crowds. I'll probably see it a couple times though.
