food processor/chopper met the puppy and it's end

Since I know have a counter surfing puppy, the world is not the same in my kitchen and my poor little food processor/chopper thing that I use to make pesto and other little tasks fell victim to the dog.  He chewed the cord off and it is most likely not worth repairing.

So, I am thinking about what I should get.  I really think I want something small and I KNOW it needs to be easy clean up.  I have looked for something like I have and this is the closest I found.

http://www.target.com/Black-Decker-Ergonomic-3-Cup-Chopper/dp/B00005MF97/ref=br_1_8?ie=UTF8&frombrowse=1&searchView=grid5&searchNodeID=1041758&node=1041758&searchRank=pmrank&searchPage=1&searchSize=30&id=Black%20Decker%20Ergonomic%203-Cup%20Chopper

I am quite open to some other type and open to suggestions.  I have not really explored the food processor world much so may need enlightened on what I am missing.

This is the one I had (or very, very similar) http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?order_num=-1&SKU=103163&RN=0

I loved it (but ftr, I've had several small food processors and loved them all, and found their to be no major difference) - but I traded it in for a large one, that I absolutely could not live without. I use it for EVERYthing. (It makes awesome frozen alcoholic beverages.)

So if I got a bigger one, does that mean I could get rid of my blender?  Also, what about for little jobs?  Is that a bunch of cleaning just to make a cup or less of pesto?

I use mine for everything (shredding chicken, mixing drinks, making bread dough, etc.), so I got rid of a few of my smaller appliances that I rarely used (milkshake maker, drink maker, blender, etc.) in addition to my small one.

If you make a cup or less of pesto, it'd probably be a pita (you'd have to scrape the sides a bunch)... but it does great with all the small stuff I've needed it for.

Clean up is easy - if I have room in the dw, I rinse it out and just put it in there. If I don't (because it's big and takes up the entire sink) it's quick to scrub out, and the blades clean quickly as long as I don't let them sit.

Honestly, I'm addicted to it. I asked for a fp for Christmas a couple of years ago, (meaning a 2 cup fp), and ended up getting this huge one. I adore it though.
