the schnucks forum is limited, but this post was pretty good about next week - free veggies are awesome!

dierbergs forum is DEAD.

shop n save forum is dead too.

you could check hot coupon world dot com. i've had a lot of luck there.

they are a little bit complicated b/c you can't roll one deal into another of the same like you can at the grocery store. apparently their computers are smarter and recognize when you are trying to pay for items with register rewards that you got from the same items previously:)

that being said, you can still get free/cheap stuff there--usually hba items, but not always.

i wasn't able to find any hopping threads for the other stores you mentioned...maybe you should start one!! ;)
