So, as soon as I get my period(which should be next wednesday or so) I'll be getting an IUD.  The only question is which one.  I had pretty much made my mind up to get the paragard.  My doctor seemed to lean towards the mirena, but said the choice is mine.

Anyone want to share their experiences/recommendations? 

I know some on the board have the mirena, but not sure about the paragard.  Anyone?

I was thinking same thing "No more kids??"  

I have no experience with IUD's so I'm no help in that dept.

It's looking like there will be no more kiddos in this family! For now that is what we are thinking. It's not a definite, therefore we're not doing anything permanant!

I would go with Paraguard, with my experience with Mirena, that is. : )
