Everyone... blow the dust off that scale, take a deep breathe, grab a pen and paper, and step on. Today is the first day of your journey to being healthier.
If you are choosing to take photos, take a front/side/back view to maximize the before and after of this challenge. DO NOT POST THEM HERE. When we get out private folder, you may post them. DO NOT POST YOUR STARTING WEIGHT HERE. Again, that would go in the private folder. You are weighing yourself today as a starting point.
The only *requirement* in the challenge is that you agree to weigh yourself every Wednesday and post your change from last week, and overall change during this 12 week challenge. Anything else is optional. This is all inclusive, you might not be trying to lose weight...maybe just maintain through this holiday season. Whatever your motivation, you are welcome.

Which one are you using?
right now I am just using the free one -Lose it. I so far like it. It sets your starting weight and then track your food. I think it will help me keep on track since it is easy to enter and I can see where I am in the day.
Are you using one? I am new to this so I am not sure what is out there. I just love all the options.

I just wanted to post and let you girls know you are already helping me!!!
Last night, I started having my mindless nightly snack, but then a couple of chips in, realized I was doing myself a huge disservice, and I thought about all of you! Put the chips down and went to brush my teeth instead.
Yipee!!
Also, i was uber tempted to have mac& cheese with the girls for lunch today, but i resisted and made a salad.
