GM!  actually not bad, but it smells not great at the moment.  I have to go change one very smelly diaper.  MOTY, I'm trying to wait 5 minutes because he tends to go in spurts and I get frustrated to change a diaper every ten minutes for 3 poop sessions.

Wow, how was that for a good morning post?

Koda has decided he will expand his list past Buzz Lightyear for christmas.

He now also wants a map for the wall.

Adorable.

Buzz, and a map.  Got it.

My house is a mess right now. We were out of town and came back on Mon. I have my bag yet to unpack. I just have clutter all around. Too much stuff in a small space.

I do not feel like working today.

I wouldn't say it's dirty, but it could use some tidying up. I'm focusing on laundry today, I'll do the rest later. Need to dust, vac, and just general tidying.

I will watch "How Clean is Your House" today though so I don't feel as bad about the state of my house. LOL

Morning

My house isn't that bad today. I have been trying to keep up with it so Quint cannot ever walk in and claim I am not taking good care fo the kids (cuz he is a douche and would do that)

Since I straightened out my rent situation with my landlord and don't have to find another place to live i really want to get the house cleaned out and looking nice. I just don't have a clue where to start LOL.

update on nice guy situation. She has not talked to him in 12 years it is her and I that are "good" friends. I talked to my bff though and she said it is ridiculous and she never heard of such a thing (and she is single, never married so she hasn't been out of the dating loop for 14 years LOL). The guy I am friends with that was trying to set us up ended up giving him my number and he called me last night. He is really sweet and I decided i will at least go on one date with him. I am NOT telling my neighbor though and I have huge guilt for it but I kind of hope she will think more about and realize she is being ridiculously immature. And if she doesn't she doesn't but I need to live my own life for a change and not worry about everyone else.

Are you doing the baby's room ahead of time gender neutral or are you waiting until after he/she is born???

Morning.

My entryway, living room, and kitchen are clean (except the kitchen floor--it needs sweeping/mopping). And the toilets are clean since I did that last night. Also, Mark and I cleaned out the refrigerator yesterday so it's all sparkling.

The rest of the house? No comment.

Both my kids are out of school for Veterans' Day today. Henry wants to go to the zoo so we probably will. Mark is still sleeping.

Good Morning!

My house has been worse but it could be better.  I have been on the go for the last couple of days so things are starting to crumble.  I plan on staying home and cleaning up this morning though.  It seems like we are always going back and forth to something lately and I have a hard time keeping things picked up when it's like that.

I have to go shower. My SIL is picking me up at 11. New haven is having restaurant week so we are going out to lunch at the restaurant where my brother cooks. It's a pretty good deal, 3 course lunch for $16.37 (New Haven set the price as the year they were founded, I think that's it LOL) My fat azz so does not to eat a 3 course meal but I will probably not eat dinner so it will balance LOL.

Have you seen the $160 buzz robot?  It was at walmart on the floor in front of the other toy story stuff.  Ray said it better be able to babysit her for that much.  We're going to stick with the $30 buzz.

We would never spend that much on a gift for him right now.  I get Wii or whatever, but not a plastic toy that is just a phase.  We paid $39 at Sams, but are returning them for the $29 version at Walmart and buying them a $10 transformer for Koda and a Cars truck for Tristen with the difference.

LL, I prob sounded super immature about it yesterday when I said Id be ticked about someone I used to date. Just to clarify there is only one guy I dated I would care about the rest have fun. LOL now I sound even more ridiculous.

My house is really very clean compared to how it normally is. Im trying really hard to keep up around here and do more 'housekeeping'. It will probably be a pit by the end of today though becasue dh is home and well that always ruins any progress I make.

Hey girls.

Surprisingly, my house isn't too bad today. I have laundry going, dishes are done, and the toy room is spotless. I wouldn't totally die of embarrassment if someone stopped over, so I'm calling that a win.

Not very.
disbelief

It was...Until now that DH is unemployed.

The interview went fine until it came time to discuss pay and benefits.

furious

Yeah, no.

He told DH that he needed to be flexible- work all night and weekends if need be all for $16/hr. And only 60% of DH's benefits would be paid.

He can actually do better on unemployment. So he filed for it. And he applied for more jobs.
So the fun begins.

And I think I'm going out of my mind.

Oh my goodness.

LOL

Good morning girls!

it's rememberance day here so everything is closed. everything, even grocery stores.

too bad we're out of milk. and I have no idea what we'll have for supper. I'm hoping someone surprises us with a dinner invitation.

I've been a cleaning fool this morning.

I finally put a mountain of laundry away, cleaned our room (aka clothes repository), raked leaves so our downstairs neighbor doesn't think we are total co-op losers, and cleaned the hallway, stairs, kids room, and kitchen.

Damn Jennie, that sucks azz in a big way!

The benefits are so important now, so I totally get ya there.

Hopefully something better will come up soon.
