Nothing currently. That's not unusal. When I am reading something, I'm not usually on here and I read it very quickly. It rarely takes me more than a day or two to read a book, no matter how long.

Good morning!

I'm reading The Diviners by Margaret Lawrence. It's great. A Canadian classic which I have never read before.

I'm also listening to Twilight again on audio book. I'm on Breaking Dawn.

I took the bed rail off of Sarah's bed a few nights ago and she's doing good without it.

Now if I could just get her out of night time diapers, I'll fell like I'm 100% done with baby stuff forever!!!

Until I accidentally get pregnant with a change of life baby. DOH!

I started to listen to Twilight on my Kindle recently.

It's been a long time since I've read from that series, I feel like I'm due.

How do you like that narrator for the audio books?

My sister was listening to them when she was here last year and that lady BUGGED!!

Oh and Sonya.

I think listening to her narrate is fine for someone like you who has read the series and already has voices and personalities in your head but it bothers me for people who haven't read it yet.

That she is the one putting the voices in their heads.

Does that make sense?

About the audio book: i like her reading of it. It is not over the top and I think she has a good "bella" feel.

I'm pretty happy with it.

I'm glad I listened to the series again. I liked the books when I read them before but I am really enjoying having them read to me.

I just got back from getting the kids their flu shot.

I had a two year appointment for Josie booked (late late late) so I added Charlie to it just in case the doctor had the vacine. She did so they both got it.

It is still restricted here to just those under 5, under 19 with underlying health concerns and pregnant women or health care workers so Mike and I haven't been able to get it yet.

The kids stats (in case you are bored and you want something to read):

Josie is 32 inches (I think) and 24.5 lbs

Charlie is 43 inches and 38 lbs.

facinating. ;)

hi

i'm reading a thrilling book called The Anxious Brain.

which couldn't have come at a better time because i am in a mass tailspin right now over mikey's treatment. he's good - looks good, acting well ... but the new dr's think he needs to change it up because of his liver and that the spinals are too aggressive.

they've also told me that a spinal relapse would be "devasating".

i have to take him for a spinal test today.

i am practically climbing the walls.

send me some prayers for calm ok?

(i have a major household to-do list till the end of december - the plan is to kick it ALL out now so that december and january i can sit back on my big fat preggo butt and relax :)  )

I'm reading Eczema-Free For Life and Little Sugar Addicts. I got the last book just for some recipes in it and ended up reading it. Very interesting. I'm changing how we eat in the morning because of this book.

I also have Brown Bag Success and Better than peanut butter & jelly(vegetarian). I'm thinking about making Stephen take his lunch(I that cool in high school?LOL). With Raven I'm just practicing on her for when she takes her lunch to kindergarten.

Nothing.

I have no time to read..

Sometimes its the closed caption on the t.v. b/c its so loud in here its the only way I can find out what's going on...Otherwise its just nothing b/c I can't catch a moment's peace.

I did read The Mist by Stephen King last week. It took quite a while to get through a 106 page story. Not my usual. Interesting. I saw the movie first and then read the short story.

About to get my hands on the ninth book in the Sookie Stackhouse series. Can't wait.

So I'm starting to get worried b/c Addy is still sleeping. This isn't normal for her. Since the swing went back to my neighbor she has only been taking 20-30 minute cat naps every two hours...

She's been asleep for 2 hours. She's sleeping on my bed. I keep checking on her. She's still breathing. She's not sick. But she doesn't usually nap this long. I don't know if she finally decided to cave in to my desires for her to take one great big ol' nap or not.

Now to get Colin to nap. He's been up since 6:30 with me. Oh joy.

I'm ready to nap too. But I'm sure that the moment I lay down somebody will get up or the phone will ring or something.
