Time management for after-school?

What is your after-school schedule like? How much time for each activity (including homework, outside play, extracurricular stuff, dinner, getting ready for bed)? Anything else I'm missing? What time do your kids get out of school? Also, what time do your big kids go to bed?

Bryce gets out of school at 2:45. He is home off the bus right around 3 pm.

Usually he comes in washes his hands and gets himself a snack.

I then let him have some downtime. Play outside, computer, Wii, DS something like that.

We usually eat supper around 5:30.

Homework either gets done before supper or after.

Bedtime we head upstairs at 7:40..brush teeth, potty and into bed. Then we each talk with each boy. So usually we are out of the rooms by 7:50ish.

My DS isn't in this age group but if I had it to do over again he would have a set study time. Even if there is no homework give him 30 mins to read or go over his hardest subject.
