hey girls!

i made a version of these (this recipe was my inspiration, but i tweaked them to make them work for us) for dinner tonight and they were surprisingly yummy.

i only had string cheese, so i cut that into chunks and put that inside.  i also brushed the dough with sauce b/c i didn't want the only sauce to be from dipping.

i left off the seasoning b/c i knew that jake would balk at that, but still brushed them with olive oil.

i got that pizza dough at bj's (our sam's) a few weeks ago.  it was $4.99 for 4 tubes, plus they were giving a $1.50 off coupon through their in-store rebates and i had a $1 off coupon so it made it pretty cheap.

we'll be making these again! :)

Do you think PreSchoolers would eat these cold? I've got snack tomorrow, and, ummm... kind of forgot.
