Two questions today.

To answer my own questions-

1) we went to a fall festival this morning. It as fun, but crowded!! The girls had their first cotton candy. Anna LOVED it, but Kate didn't. I hate cotton candy, so Bill ate hers. Tomorrow, we are going to go buy a dogwood in the morning, then in th afternoon we will be going over to Bill's grandmother's house to eat crabs and have a cookout. Bill has off on Monday, but the girls don't. He has a glider ride he was given last year that he has never taken, so he is thinking about doing that on Monday.

2) Flip flops. I LOVE flip flops and mourn putting them away every year. Other than that, I miss fresh corn and tomatoes from the farm.

I NEED to color my hair tonight. I use the semi-permanent kind. I used to go to the salon, but it is a lot of money, and it is hard on my hair. I am sure I will eventually go back to it though. But for now, this is easy. But my grays are out of control!!!!

We went to the fall fest this morning with my BFF and her DH and their daughter. They are SO excited to be having a boy. They are arguing about naming him though-but supa excted. heart.gif And she is so cute-her belly is perfect.

Her DH, who has long been Bill's BFF, asked Bill if he wanted to go out tonight. I said YES, he does!!! lmao. He needs to get out and hang with his friends. I told him just to be careful and not drive drunk. But they are so lame now, I imagine that won't even be much of an issue.

I tell ya-my body is weird. I have been going to the bathroom a lot the past few days, and now today-nothing yet.

And I am not comfortable, lmao. I usually go first thing in the morning!

Oh well-I guess I wil take this over going to much any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

My neighbor across the way, who has a 14mth old daughter, said she and her DH haven't been too careful lately. AF for her is due sometime this week I think.

Anyway, she said she is drinking this weekend, since it could be her last chance for a while. I think that is pretty smart, lol!!

Ok, so I don't mean to be gross, but Bill's pillow-OMG. It smells SO BAD

And I wash the cover, but it is the PILLOW. I guess I need to wash that now too.

It is NASTY. WTF happens to it??? He must sweat a lot or something. Oh, and you know what it probably is? He doesn't brush at night and he drools. Because I used to make him brush at night, and IDR it being this bad. All of a sudden, it just smells horrid. Maybe he needs to go to the dentist.

Gross.

I need to go throw the pillow and the case in the washer so it an be clean for bedtime.

I am clearly alone here, lol.

Hmmm...what can I talk about to draw people in...

Sex? No. Kids? No. Fashion? Maybe, but I am not interested enough. Drama? I can't think of any. Well, there is always J&K+8, but who really cares anymore.

Maybe I should make up a rumor about someone here or something. But what could I say?

I am at a loss.

Maybe I should make something up about myself. But I am too boring.

I wish there was a quick and painless (and cheap) way of becoming hair-free forever. I hate shaving, and no matter what I try, I still get ingrowns. Every electric and every manual shaver gives me razor burn and ingrowns. Must just be my hair.

It is soooooo annoying. I am totally over shaving. Anyone else???

my DH's pillow is bad too.

i replace both his pillows every other month.

he sweats terribly - usually when he's fighting off some sinus stuff.

I change his pillow cases every other day.

my daughter has a new trick.

she obviously wasn't quite ready for nap or something so was loud after I put her down.  after a few minutes I went in and she had stripped down to just her diaper.

I redressed her, rocked her and put her back to bed.

she didn't really fuss anymore.

went in after a few minutes and she is asleep and butt ass naked!!!!

this could get messy!

plans - none really.  John is fishing.  little john has a karate open house today from 10-4.  the little ones and I went to Target and got some lunch and came home.  will head to town for LJ in a bit.

tomorrow - might get up early and go to children's museum or try to take them to church solo . . .

what I will miss most is not having to put on so many clothes and not having to wear coats and letting them slip crocs on.

you know what is going to begin next wednesday?

the 40th year of my life.

yes, I'm turning 39 next wednesday.

I plan to spend the next 365 days working on me.   I got the new hair thing.  I need to get in shape and stop eating so much junk.  I love fast food though.  I don't know if I love it so much as I love the convenience.

I'm going to do something about whitening my teeth.  I bought some over the counter stuff today.

I'm going to walk more - I'm wearing a pedometer for working and monitoring my steps.  On the days I don't work I get closer to the 10K steps.  Actually on Wednesday I was over 10K steps for the day.  On the days I work I barely break 3K.

I hate hair - I don't mind shaving but I could seriously do without the crap on top of my head.  how much easier would life be with no hair?!

I can't help but wonder if my daughter has peed all over herself and her bed.

I know it's a chance I took but it was worth it not to wake her and dress her again.  I'm sure she would have just stripped again.

plus she looked cute and it's probably comfy to have a bit of time sans diaper.

Wow-seriously???

I think I need to do this too.

Where do you get your pillows and cases?  Do you just buy cheap ones?  I won't even let him near a white pillowcase!!!

I am glad I am not alone is having a disgusting hubby, lol!!

you know what else I could do without?

laundry.

seriously.

I don't wash it.  my DH does but I have to fold and put away.

why the heck can't these people wear 1 outfit per week?!?!

not only would it save this hamster on the wheel feeling I'm having it would conserve water and $$ in less laundry detergent.

Oh boy.

I remember this stage.  I used duct tape, seriously.  I couldn't keep her in her clothes or pjs, so I just duct taped her into her diapers.  She hated it, and I would eventually ask her if I needed to tape her in and she would tell me yes or no, lmao.

It just faded off at some point-IDR how long it lasted.
