I'm not sure we will be of any help here because we have a sizeable shed. We keep everything in there.
If we didn't have that, I would do what my neighbor's do and keep one of those outdor storage boxes outside for that kind of thing. But I find most of them to be fairly unattractive (maybe there are some nice looking ones out there though), so I would want something fairly inconspicuous (sp?).
Oh, and extra bubble solution we have in the house-on a shelf in the utility room but out of reach of the children.
And ours stays inside the back door, or inside Hannah's playhouse outside since we don't have a garage here and need quick access to it most of the time.
similarly, we have one of those huge plastic tubs with rope handles. dyk what i mean?
do you keep that outside? ours is a rectangular one with a lid b/c i leave it out next to the playset in the summer and idl it getting filled with rain.

We have a fairly good sized deck and one third of it is E's play area. She has a house, water table, picnic table, climber, basket ball hoop and car. Since we have all that plastic there anyway we have one of those plastic storage benches to throw everything into. Since we have the puppy now, we needed something that E can easily operate and still keeps the dog out. I guess it's not the most attractive, like Supa said, but then again how attractive are the various play things? :dunno:
Target has some that are wood and/or less plastic box looking.
in the garage and it is super annoying. we had a yard barn at the old house that is where we stored most of it.
we have WAY to many ride on toys that take up so much space. between bikes, the gator, the 4 wheeler, tractor and trailer, scooter, strollers, ahh, drives me batty!
All the baseball stuff is in a crate. And there are a few monster trucks out there that are kept together.
Thanks for all the wonderful information guys. I would just like to add something. If you don't have space in the garage to put in the outdoor toys then getting a storage area built is a good option. I have a decorative small almirah kind of storage area made to store the kids toys.
