What to Wear for School Pictures?

Lucas wears a uniform to school (khaki pants, red or white collared shirt... see siggy) Well, today they sent a note home that in 3 weeks they are having school pictures and there are no uniforms that day. I'm so used to just sending him to school in his uniform that it's like I forgot how to dress him in regular clothes and for some reason I am seriously stressing about what to send him in for pictures.

So any suggestions on what looks good for pictures? We've never had his pictures professionally done before.

Owen had school pictures a couple weeks ago. He wore a plaid button down tee with a pair of khaki shorts and his brown flip flops.

Usually he always wears tennis shoes to school but they were allowed to wear whatever for picture day.

A button down or a different golf shirt always looks good. We still have to wear our uniforms for pictures.

the little boys in R's class last year wore polo shirts mainly and looked ADORABLE. i love how the moms do the little boys' hair all nice and neatly and parted to the side - SO CUTE.  seriously.

i wanted R to wear green last year (i think it's her best color) but she refused - she wore camel and looked very cute.  this year i'm sure she'll want to wear pink and alllll her clothes have logos/animals/graphics on them....so i have no idea what we'll do!!

i *think* we get free dress for picture day as well

i normally put cole in a button down shirt of sorts

last year he was wearing a brown striped polo b/c i was out of town for picture day

those are my least fave pictures :snicker:
