Good Morning!

I am sooooooooooooooo HAPPY it is Fri. This has been a long week for me with school starting up. I have been so busy.

I am excited for the weekend. Rich and I are going to a Detroit Tigers game on Sat night with my sister and her boyfriend. We are doing dinner before and after the game there are fireworks! Should be a fun night.

Sunday is church and a picnic.

Other then that just doing the norm and trying to play catch up from the week.

I need to sit down and meal plan.I told myself I would start that come fall and I have yet to do it.

Morning!

Glen has had this whole week off from work, and this morning will be the first time that we'll both be home with no kids.

Henry's friend Payton is coming over after school to play, and I invited his mom and sister to come for dinner but they haven't confirmed.

Glen is playing in a golf tournament this afternoon so I don't think he'll be here for dinner.

My Sunday school class is having a social tomorrow afternoon--an outdoor kid-friendly concert near the zoo.

We're supposed to take a picnic lunch; I'm not sure I want to go.

Church Sunday morning.

No other plans, really.

Mark's preschool homework was to put something that starts with "P" in a paper sack that was provided by his teacher.

Guess who ate the bag?

Holly.

I wonder if Mark is the first preschool kid whose dog ate his homework.

I made a new "P" bag but Mark is mad that it's white instead of brown like the one his teacher gave him.

Yesterday about 6:30pm, Mark messed up a board game that Henry and I were playing.

Then Mark kicked Henry, then when I fussed at him, he kicked me (accidentally) and knocked my glasses off my face.

I carried him to his room, set him on his bed, and shut the door.

I told Glen Mark was in there, in trouble, then Henry and I went outside to wait for his friend to come over.

About 40 minutes later, I noticed that Mark's door was still closed.

He was curled up at the foot of his bed, sound asleep.

He woke up once last night, about midnight, and Glen put him back to bed.

He didn't wake up this morning until 7:45.

We should put him to bed at 6:30 every day.

Good morning!

I think it's supposed to rain here all weekend, so no major plans.

We'll watch LSU play of course biggrin, and church on Sunday.

We don't have too much planned, which is awesome considering how much we've had to do this week.

This morning, Hannah is at school until 12, then we'll eat lunch in the van on the way to her science exploration class, which is right after school.

Tomorrow, Hannah has a soccer game in the morning, then is going to spend the night with my mom. She'll come home early tomorrow afternoon, and then that evening I think she's spending a couple of hours with Joe's mom.

Hannah stays busy, lmao.

Good morning! sun.gif

This weekend might be a long one for us.  Dh wants to take this afternoon and Monday off to do things around the house.  That is good, but it also means that I don't get that much of a break with E.  Sunday we go to a get together, which should be nice.

I have a lot to do this weekend.

I have to wash all the sheets today and make sure the house is ready for company on sunday.

I have to go looking at treadmills at the bx and really start decorating the house. I also have to make a decision on Rayms vaccines on if I was just not supposed to do them that day or if Im really supposed to be pushing them back till his evaluation. I dont want him being way behind on them and the kids need flu shots anyway.

Also I have to double check my babysitter for his audiology appt is still good to go because shes like 36 weeks pregnant. I felt waay bad asking but it was really my only option.

This weekend is super busy for me.  Rebecca has her birthday party tonight.  She's having a slumber party.  6 (2 of them mine) pre-teen girls in my living room watching pre-teen movies=giggle fest hours long.

Tomorrow dh is going to the tea party protest here in town.  I haven't decided whether I'm going or not yet.  I also have to prepare a talk for church on Sunday and make sure kids are bathed.  I'll be lucky to have an hour of free time.

Sunday is Rebecca's first day in Young Women's at church so I'll have to make sure she gets to the right classes.  Sunday afternoon there's a meeting for all the Activity Day girls and their moms.  Sunday nights are always busy with dinner and Family Council.

Last night just to try it out we put raym in a toddler bed.

he didnt get out and fell asleep pretty quickly. He did however fall out around midnight and so we put him back in the crib. I was pretty excited with how well it went for a first try though. I might just stick pillows on the floor and try again.

if i manage getting thru the weekend alive i will be happy.  *sigh*

i started with a lower intest. flu last sat night... fever, aches, chills, cramps, projectile bowel movements... you get the picture.  it seemed to get better my monday evening them tuesday night it is back worse than ever.

i am bedridden, running between the toilet and the bathtub where a hot water bath is the only thing that calms the cramping. seems to get worse in the middle of the night... so same thing, including the baths.... anything but sleeping.

finally went to the doc as it is now 6 days of eating spoons of sticky rice and saltines... put me on erythromycin as it is some bizarre bacterial thing... go me.

i guess the good thing  is that im 20 weeks and i have lost all the preggo weight ive gained so far...

Megan, I hope you feel better!!!

I am not sure what the plans are this weekend. Bill has been out of town and is flying home today-his flight should be leaving there is about 45 minutes. I am way glad of that. I wonder if the atmosphere at the airport will be more somber today-I would think so.

Anyway, we have pizza night tonight, then tomorrow I am hoping we can amend the front garden soil, then I sing at church at 4:30 mass, so I guess we will probably all go to that.

Sunday I want to get the plants and plant the front garden.

Other things on the agenda:
-meal plan-we are supposed to do that on Thursdays, but since Bill wasn't here, I forgot.
-mow the grass-well, I won't be doing that, but it needs to be done BADLY
-Oh yeah-birthday party for a little boy in Anna's class on Sunday afternoon, I think we are going to that.

IDK what else. Probably drink some wine with Bill tomorrow night and have some fun!

Probably nothing.

The fair starts today but I'm sure Grant'll have an excuse as to why we can't go. That's Grant for ya.

And then Sunday is a church picnic at a different Lutheran church we tried out and liked so they invited us to the picnic. It'll be the same boring weekend. Typical.

yawn

Well, Payton (Henry's friend) just went home. He said he had to be home by 5.

I invited him, his mom, and his sister for dinner but she said she couldn't give me a definite answer.

I wonder if/when she'll let me know.

I'm hungry.

We're having breakfast for dinner--bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese, hashbrown casserole, and biscuits.

Ollie, ollie oxen free!

Come out, come out, wherever you are!

I'm trying to keep my mind off the fact that I'm starving.
