In a way it's kind of funny...not the whole child support/domestic violence thing...but that right now, I have done everything I can with the resources I have (especially financially), so now I can sit back and watch this unfold...and in the end, IF anything happens with it all, justice will be served all around.

I just found out some very interesting news about him today! I don't want to say anything yet on the minute possibility anyone may be lurking, but holy hell! he has gotten himself into so MUCH serious trouble!

I'm sitting here wondering what sparked such a downfall for him...i mean he had the potential to do really well...make a lot of money and have a good life...instead he became a wife beater (me and his other exwife), attempted murder (he put his hands around my neck and let me know how very easily he could kill me, but it was more a threat to me and stomped my belly when I was pregnant...but the attempt was on her), and now this other stuff I found out!

At this point I am at a loss what to think...although it does give me leverage to have his paternal rights terminated so Don can adopt the kids....and I surely dont't feel sorry for him or pity him, but damn is he in DEEP!

All I can really say is that I am glad you and your kids are away from him. I hope they catch up to him soon. I am sorry you have had to go through this.

You don't know me - but I am one of his brother's ex's (Rick Gould) Seems the brothers are very good at avoiding the law (and getting married). Luckily, I didn't have the issue of physical aspect, but he (Gould) is a master con-artist. He scammed me and many other people out of a lot of money, and I am looking for any information I can find. Thanks!

Caro is in Tuscula County (if I remember correctly), near the thumb.

I received some new info that I passed on to the Attorney General's Office last week.

The arrearage is now up to $152,000+. It's insane, I know we'll never see any of it, but at least the debt is there and there isn't much he can do with it hanging over his head...as far as securing loans, getting a passport, certain jobs, etc., and if he ever bothered to file his taxes, any rebates he would get would be sent to us.

Apparently someone has complained about the blog I gave the link to and it has been shut down....so much for freedom of speech.

She says it was someone from here...idk, but she is super pissed at me for it. Regardless of who it was or from where they are from, I will definately be more cautious about sharing info with anybody.

but really, she put it out there in the public forum. where ANYone googling his name could access it. after many of his friends/family giving her a REALLY hard time about putting their private info info up on that blog (seriously, she called someones kid gay even - eeks) ... then she decides to close it because apparently someone on MomSquawk complains? uhm... i dont think so.... seriously???

she has got to realize that if you found it by googling his name, that anybody else looking for him would find it too.

i seriously doubt anyone here would contact her about someone they don't even know.

I was reading her FB status and twice today after having sent me the message complaining, she referenced HIM as the one who complained...so who knows???

The WHOLE thing with him---from ANY direction--- is so f'd up.
