I like doing laundry (the washing and drying part - not the folding and putting away part).

I also like vacuuming.

i like things that show results right way.

Another hurricane on it's way. This one looks like it is closer to the mainland and looks like it will go right over us (Sunday). Still a long time away but not looking forward to a good weekend.

Ugh.

This 4 yr old is going to kill me.

Mike took them into school today and charlie won't go in. He says his belly hurts and he feels bad. Totally possible but also totally possible he is faking.

He "woke" up last night and seemed like he was awake but he was crying. He always does this when he needs to pee but we couldn't get him to do it. He looks like he is awake but he isn't really. It was hellish.

Kids are hard.

Happy Birthday, Dan. A motorcycle is a pretty big gift. I think you are set for the year.

I have never made pecan pie. I love to eat it though.

I have to say it is a toss up. I love to vacuum and also clean kitchen counters.

Anyone here have any idea why my 9 month old little girl has not napped for I think we are going on day 5? She will still sleep through the night. She is so tired though and I do not know why she will not nap.

i haven't made one either. i got a recipe from my sister (all recipes.com) that she's made before that is sooooo good. chocolate bourbon pecan pie.

i am subbing vanilla for the bourban because i don't have any and don't want to buy it for that small amount.

Good Morning!

I like cleaning windows and mirrors.  I think because I can do it pretty quickly and it looks all nice and shiny when I am done.

Sonya I hope Charlie is not really sick and the hurricane decides to piddle out.

Sara it sounds like a great birthday for Dan and don't feel guilty about the birthday present.  Have Mikey, Caroline, and Ben put some handprints on a paper and write happy birthday.

April I hope your day goes well.

Good morning and I am amazed she goes that long without napping.  Does she take little five minute cat naps or something in the car or at home?

Does baking count?

If yes, then that's my favorite.

If no, then . . .

When my kids got like that, I'd put their pajamas on them for naptime. Sometimes it would fool them, and they'd sleep.
