Good morning.

I've actually only been camping once when I was in 3rd grade, and we slept in a camper trailer, so I didn't rough it or anything.

I don't think I could sleep in a tent, with no electricity or running water. I'm much to much of a "belle" for that. biggrin

In theory, yes.

I have lots of great camping memories from when I was a kid. Right after Robert and I were married we went camping in Michigan in May to go find mushrooms with my extended family. It was extremely cold that weekend and no mushrooms were found. I am now thinking I would much rather go camp in a cabin in the woods.

good morning!

camping? no. i stroooooongly dislike the following things (which i associate with camping):

bugs
lack of clean bathrooms
sleeping on the ground (potential for interaction with bugs)
nightmares re: bears
did i mention bugs?

DH wants to test camp in the yard....before we ever go camping one of these days...

I'm gonna run in the house, lock the doors, and keep the bed to myself......

I love camping . . .

if by camping, you mean an air-conditioned cabin with beds, indoor plumbing, and a kitchen someplace real pretty with lots of trees and maybe a lake.

Morning, everyone!

Mark is at his first day of 4-year-old preschool.

It is only 2 hours this first day, and only half the kids in the class attend.

I had thoughts of staying at the church, maybe walking the walking track, then chatting with my friend who works there.

Then I decided I had just enough time to come home and clean, clean, clean.

So I'm sitting here eating a piece of cake. :brow

I did stop at the grocery store on my way home, so that's done.

Somebody needs to light a fire under me so I'll get up and get some chores done before I have to leave to get Mark.

I LOVE Camping. Its been way to long since I have gone. The last camping trip I did was the year before Braxton and we did a 4 day canoe float trip down the Little Susitna River. It was a blast.

My fav camp spot right out of town has been having major bear troubles though So I haven't been there in a long time.

I'm hopeing since we didn't get to go this year we will be able to take the kids on their first (well Faith's first Braxton has gone camping.) trip.

i'm bored today.

home health is coming in about 30 minutes to draw mikey's blood.

i have to take caroline to the eye dr.

i'm supposed to be cleaning the kitchen right now. so far i unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher & wiped down the counter & stove. i still have to clear off the table & wash that, sweep & mop the floor.

i would love to have a housekeeper. preferably one that cooks also. biggrin

YEAH MIL is taking the kids tomorrow night so I can go out with some friends that are in town visiting from Nevada. YEAH Party time.

So I've had a headache for about a week now that has been making me nausouse the whole time. I went to the chiropractor yesterday after work and got adjusted. My god I feel so much better. I was out from basically my shoulder blades up to the base of my skull, My should was out and my leg muscle (from hyperextending my knee thanks to faith).

I go back Friday for another adjustment and possibly x-rays on my ankle to see if he can do anything for it.

Good morning! Don’t you just hate it when the cup of coffee you made as you ran out the door in the morning tastes awful! I feel a need to run to Peets (a coffee place right around the corner from my work.

Yes, I like camping. I haven’t been in years, but there is nothing better than to wake up with bird chirping and wildlife chatter around you. I must admit I have never been camping in the US, just in Europe. Hmmmm, I am going to have to look into fixing this.
