doesn't look like it. I've searched my hard drive and my email - the two ways I normally save these recipes.

I think this is yours?

1.5 c flour
3T sugar
4t backing powder
1/4 t salt

Put these into a large bowl

In 2 small bowls separate two eggs

Add 1c milk and 1/4c cooking oil to the egg yolks and stir. Add to dry ingredients and stir until incorporated.

Beat egg whites until fluffy and peaks form

Fold whites into the pancake batter
