i always carried a wallet type purse - i needed something small when I was traveling because I always had my laptop bag and my suitcase and I couldn't manage anything else (plus my purse had to fit into my laptop bag to travel.
last year I bought a real purse for Chicago and that is what I have been using.
It is really too big for me and now it is filled with crap all the time (see April's purse thread).
i'd like another one that's a bit more manageable and less likely for me to fill with crap.
I don't carry a purse. It seems useless for me to carry one just for my phone, keys and debit card. I usually put them in my pocket. I wasn't a diaper bag person either. I kept one in the van but didn't like carrying it around.
Raven asked for beans for breakfast(which I gave her). I love breakfast type food but she could care less for it. She usually just eats fruit and cheese for breakfast.
I usually change my purse with the season, but sometimes more. I usually buy new ones too. I don't know why, but there is something about a new purse that I love. Right now I have been looking around for one. I have considered having someone make one, but I also love a bargain, so I need to give TJ Maxx a try first.
I very rarely change my purse. Usually with the season.
I have a pink Coach bag (that is now way out of date :bag) that I use in the spring/summer.
I have a brown Coach or a huge LeSportsac that I use in the fall/winter.
I kind of feel like changing to the LeSportsac now again because I miss having room in my purse. When I do that, though, I end up with a bag full of garbage and wish I was using a smaller bag that wouldn't end up so cluttered (denial... the small bag ends up just as cluttered anyway).
I'm on a crazy organizing/cleaning/sorting out my life spree right now so I may just have to change my bag so that's organized too! It's amazing how relieved a day of cleaning (without a little one there to undo everything you've already done) can make you feel!
I usually have a winter purse that is dark and a summer purse that is light. I only buy cheapo purses. I also tend not to reuse and buy new ones which I justify because they're not expensive.
I'm sick and Braydon was nice enough to make everyone breakfast so I could stay in bed longer.
I have two go to bags...both brown but different sizes and styles (a dooney and a kenneth cole). if i need something black i just pull out my wristlet which holds all my important things anyway. HOWEVER, there is a gorgous black leather drawstring dooney that i'm going to treat myself to when i graduate
Usually I change them often, but I need a new one. Right now I tend to always have a bag of some sort with Mia and just my coach wristlet is my so called purse.
If I had the money Id change it often. But right now IM soley in a diaper bag and it is something I thought could go year round. I do have a black coach purse from when I downgraded from a diaper bag with Kaylen but will hopefully get a new one when Im able to downgrade again in like a million years
I change about once a month, although I've used the bag I have right now all summer because I really love it and I get a lot of compliments on it (and it matches almost everything, lol)... usually I change because if the bag is huge, I put tons in there, and can't find anything. So I'll change to a smaller purse, which I thin can't find anything in because I don't keep it organized, and toss too much in it, so then I go back to a bigger bag. Then repeat the cycle 8 million times back and forth, lol.
Well I met Liz and Ivy yesterday. It was great. Liz is every bit as nice in person as she is on here. She is easy to talk to and it makes me wish she lived closer.
Ivy is a hoot and cracked me up. She asked us if we could just our little girl there when we went home. The girls played at this arcade type of pizza place and had a blast. I have pictures, but have to find my camera and put them onto my computer yet. So if you ever have the chance to meet them you really should.
